Kinbet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

7.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

• Failing to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Suspected Prohibited Activity
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

7.2 Balance in Suspended Accounts

Balances in accounts suspended due to verification issues will be returned once the matter is resolved. However, balances in accounts closed for prohibited activity may be forfeited.

7.3 Closing Your Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the closure is processed.
